Description

Job Title: RN – CVOR
Location: Detroit, MI 48236
Work Schedule: Start time 6:00 AM — options for (5) 8s, (4) 10s, or (3) 12s (examples include 6:00a–2:30p / 6:00a–4:30p / 6:00a–6:30p). On-call required: 48 hours per 6-week schedule period + must be available 1 weekend per month.
Pay: $66.00–$68.00 per hour
Scheduled pay: Weekly
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Short term disability after 90 days
Job Type: Full Time W2 contract

Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care
Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education
Communicate pertinent patient/family updates to the care team
Identify variances from patient goals and help implement solutions
Develop effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit/department

RN – CVOR Required Skills & Qualifications

Active Michigan RN license (Michigan State Board of Nursing)
BLS and ACLS (required)
Must have OR experience + Cardiac Scrub experience
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and ability to deliver a wide range of professional nursing services
