Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Urology nursing to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, evaluation, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
- Prioritize and coordinate all aspects of patient care efficiently.
- Identify and escalate patient safety concerns or gaps in care.
- Utilize institutional technology systems and accurately document nursing care to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
- Active NYS RN License
- BLS Certification
- BSN required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Epic EMR
