Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Urology nursing to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care through assessment, evaluation, and critical thinking.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery.
Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
Prioritize and coordinate all aspects of patient care efficiently.
Identify and escalate patient safety concerns or gaps in care.
Utilize institutional technology systems and accurately document nursing care to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience
Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience
Active NYS RN License
BLS Certification
BSN required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic EMR
