Must have 3 years experience in Cath Lab

Must have 1 travel assignment

50 Mile Radius Restriction

Cath Lab RN (Scrub) - 8hr or 10hr Days (Variable start time)- ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI

**Previous travel required - 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate in Neenah, WI **

On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
Weekends: As needed - due to call
Holidays: As needed - due to call
Required License/Certs: WI RN & AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
Required Skillset: Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
NO NEW TRAVELERS - must have at least one completed contract
