Description

Shift Details

Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: 3x12
Hours: 36–48 hours per week

Responsibilities – ICU RN Nurse Lead

Provide direct patient care in the ICU
Lead and supervise nursing staff during the shift
Coordinate patient care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor critically ill patients and respond to emergencies
Administer medications, treatments, and critical care procedures
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Assist with staffing coordination and unit workflow
Support and mentor bedside nursing staff
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Participate in patient and family education

Requirements – ICU RN Nurse Lead Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum 3 years of ICU experience Must have worked in the submitted ICU specialty within the last 3 months Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and related experience — Required Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills — Required Required Certifications AHA or ARC BLS AHA or ARC PALS AHA or ARC ACLS Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree Five years of technical experience preferred
