Position: RN Endoscopy
Location: Billings, MT
Duration: 13 week
Shift: Day 4x9-Hour
Expected Weekly Hours: 36 hours/week

Note: Local candidates are accepted.
Local pay range: $55/hr – $59/hr.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Endoscopy Lab team. The RN will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic and invasive procedures with or without sedation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong GI procedural experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and hands-on experience with the technical portion of GI equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after endoscopic procedures
• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient conditions throughout procedures
• Collaborate with Pre-Operative RNs and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
• Administer and monitor sedation as required during procedures
• Maintain aseptic techniques and monitor compliance within the procedural team
• Educate and support patients and families regarding procedures and recovery
• Respond appropriately to patient comfort needs and changes in condition
• Document patient care, equipment usage, and supply consumption accurately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Float to other perioperative departments as needed based on business requirements
• Participate in on-call coverage when required

Required Qualifications:

• Montana or Compact State RN License
• 2 year of GI/Endoscopy experience
• BLS
• ACLS
