Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Nights
Position Summary:
I’m seeking a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for an on-site night shift assignment in Corvallis, OR. This Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) supports acutely ill adult patients and post-surgical patients (emergent and elective), including patients requiring stable telemetry monitoring. The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver direct patient care, monitor clinical status, and complete real-time documentation in Epic while collaborating with the care team to maintain high standards of nursing care.
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Oregon RN license
- EPIC experience within the past 1-2 years (REQUIRED)
- BLS (Healthcare Provider Level)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Recent Med Surg experience and Telemetry monitoring experience (REQUIRED)
- Ability to work required schedule with rotating weekends (REQUIRED)
- Orthopedic and Bariatric experience (PREFERRED)
