Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $3606/week ($59/hr w2 + $1246/week stipend)

Job Description:

• Cath Lab Technician needed for a 13-week contract in Cooperstown, NY.
• This position works 4x10 day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with rotating weekday and weekend on-call coverage.
• The role requires strong experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and the ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity Cath Lab environment.
• Candidates with experience in Cath, TAVR, LAAO, EP, pacemakers, ablations, vascular, and IR procedures are highly preferred.
• Techs will work with Philips x-ray equipment, Xper monitoring systems, and Epic software while collaborating with an experienced cardiovascular team focused on high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and cardiovascular imaging procedures
• Perform Cath Lab, IR, vascular, and EP cases
• Operate Philips x-ray imaging equipment and Xper monitoring systems
• Monitor patients during procedures and document care in Epic
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and sterile fields
• Support TAVR, LAAO, pacemaker, ablation, and vascular procedures
• Participate in weekday and rotating weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with the Cath Lab team to provide safe patient care

Requirements:

• Prior Cath Lab experience REQUIRED
• Strong experience with cardiac catheterization procedures REQUIRED
• Experience with Philips x-ray equipment preferred
• Experience using Xper monitoring and Epic software preferred
• Experience with TAVR and LAAO preferred
• EP, pacemaker, ablation, vascular, and IR experience HIGHLY preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Must be able to take weekday and weekend on-call shifts
