Description
Case Manager RN opportunity – ASAP start
- Schedule: 4x10 Day shifts
- Contract: 8 weeks
- Weekends: Every other weekend
- Floating required across all units (including nearby campuses within 2 miles)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Acute care experience required
- Discharge planning / care coordination experience required
- Strong preference for diverse CM background (Med Surg, LLOS, ED)
- Active RN license (pending license accepted)
- BLS required

- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates not accepted
- Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange)
- Parking: Facility paid
- Charting system: Epic
