Position Overview

A long‑term care facility in Thermopolis, WY is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing for an immediate start. This role requires a confident, hands‑on nursing leader who can oversee clinical operations, support staff, and ensure high‑quality resident care in a fast‑paced LTC/SNF environment.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of DON experience
Active WY RN license or Compact RN license
BLS
Clean Nursys report required
Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory compliance skills
Ability to support floor staff as needed and maintain survey readiness
