Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a travel assignment in an Acute Rehab Unit. This role focuses on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence following injury, illness, or surgery.

Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams
Educate patients and families on progress and recovery plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Assignment Details

Replacement role for existing contractor
Full-time schedule (40 hours/week)
Supportive rehab-focused environment

Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Experience in acute rehab or inpatient setting – Preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
