REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS

? License Requirements: Active NJ or Compact license is required at time of submission
? Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & CLINICAL SKILLS
==================================
? Years of Experience Required: 1 year

? Scrub/Circulate: Circulate IR procedures.

? Interventional Radiology: Proficient PICC and Midline nurse; must administer moderate sedation and circulate in IR procedures; Procedural experience (OR/CVOR); No procedural experience with ICU/CCU background; Cath Lab experience

? Vascular/Access & Monitoring: Central line insertion/management; PICC care; implanted ports; IV therapy (start/maintain); infusion pumps; blood product administration; Central venous access (non-tunneled/PICC/port); thoracic aortography; end-tidal CO2 monitoring; procedural sedation monitoring; radiation/laser safety; pre/post-procedure; special procedures

? Procedures: Chest tube placement; lung biopsy; pulmonary angiography/embolization; thoracentesis; chemoembolization; liver biopsy/ablation; paracentesis; TIPS

? Renal/GU & Embolization: Nephrostomy; renal angiography/stent; uterine arterial embolization; emergency medications; sedation administration/monitoring; reversal agents

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

? Charting: EPIC experience required

? Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

? On Call Requirement: On call every 3rd week from Monday to Sunday

? RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Priority given to submits with a screenshot confirming RTO and schedule requests. No requests will be approved after offer.

? Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

? Holiday Requirement: Must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays, per unit needs

? Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes

? Locals Accepted: Yes, Locals accepted at the same rate.
