Travel license in Wisconsin

Description

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute dialysis RN experience required
Must have Level I Trauma or similar large hospital experience
Experience with both adult and pediatric patients required
WI RN or Compact RN license required at submission
EPIC experience required
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Telemetry exam required prior to start
Local candidates not accepted — must be 50+ miles from facility
