Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years outpatient infusion experience
• Proven proficiency in chemotherapy infusion, including true chemo administration
• Strong clinical skills in blood transfusions, injections, symptom management, and therapeutic phlebotomy
• Ability to perform focused assessments and patient education
• Certifications: BLS and chemo/biotherapy card
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Epic and Beacon

Nice to Have Skills:

• Outpatient oncology experience
• Epic or similar EMR system experience
• Experience coordinating care, including follow-ups and lab setup

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• 2+ years in outpatient infusion or ambulatory oncology settings
• Prior supervisory or manager experience is a plus but not required

Other Requirements:

• Must be flexible with scheduling for three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends and one major holiday
• Ability to float to other infusion centers as needed
• Travel flexibility is essential, with willingness to create a welcoming environment for all patients
• Professional attire in navy scrubs

Hourly Rate: $14.00

OT Rate: $65.00
