Description

Associate DON for Behavioral Health Department CPEP/Inpatient/Outpatient
 

Facility: Harlem Hospital Center  New York NY
Contract: 13 weeks+
Schedule: Full Time | 37.5 Hours/Week

Requirements:
Active NY RN License
BLS Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
7+ Years of Nursing Experience
5+ Years in Supervisory Role
2+ Behavioral Health  Experience Required

Responsibilities: • Director-level Behavioral Health Department CPEP/Inpatient/Outpatient leadership experience required. • Experience supervising multidisciplinary nursing teams in acute care hospital settings. • Strong background in patient care improvement, staff performance management, and regulatory compliance. • Experience in L&D, Mother/Baby, NICU, Pediatrics, and Birthing Center operations preferred. • Epic EMR experience highly preferred. • Schedule may require occasional off-shift and weekend coverage per departmental needs Local Pay: Up to $100/hr on W2 Local & Travel Candidates Accepted
