WEEKEND BLOCK POSITION 4x12 NIGHTS, 13WKS
Friday, Sat, Sun + either Monday or Thursday, 1900-0700
Job Description: Peds hem/oncology ASAP STARTS ONLY
Requirements: 2+ years experience MUST have PEDIATRIC Hem/Onc experience BMT experience preferred, OK if they only have Hem/Oncology exp
BLS, PALS, APHON CHEMO Required
EMR: Epic
FLU SHOT REQUIRED WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious)
