Home Health Physical Therapist Opportunity – Fernley, Nevada

Fernley, NV | Home Health (HH) | 13 Weeks | Up to $3,050/week

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health travel contract in Fernley, Nevada. This is a strong opportunity for a PT who enjoys independence, flexibility, and working one-on-one with patients in the home setting while exploring northern Nevada and the surrounding mountain and lake regions.

Assignment Details:

Home Health setting
13-week contract
Full-time schedule
Adult/Geriatric patient population
Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
Focus on functional mobility, gait training, balance, fall prevention, and home safety
OASIS and Home Health experience preferred but not required for all opportunities
Mileage reimbursement available
Supportive clinical team and orientation provided
