Job Description

Day Shift, 4 x 10s
Mon - Fri
0630 - 1500 or 0830 to 1700, no set off day.
One night of call per week and one.

Requirements:

Must have RNFA and experience in ortho, ortho totals, gyn, and general surgery.
Must have minimum 3 years experience having worked in the submitted unit specialty within the last 3 months.
Graduate of a school of nursing: Required
Certification of completion of an approved didactic RNFA course: Required
Three years scrub and circulate experience in an acute care facility: Required
Annual surgeon review: Required
Current RN license in state of CA: Required
BLS: Required
CNOR: Required
PALS: Preferred
ACLS: Required
Professional Liability Insurance (PLI): Required
