Description
ON CALL: As needed (unit questions/support)
Weekend Requirements: None (may include holiday rotation)
Certification Requirements:
• Iowa RN License or Compact License
• BSN required
• MSN preferred
• EPIC experience required
Experience:
• 24–36 months Maternity/OB experience (L&D, MB, PP, NICU, Nursery) REQUIRED
• Minimum 15 months nurse manager/interim leadership in OB/maternity REQUIRED
• Must have travel experience (at least 1 contract in past 15 months)
• Experience with Pitocin, Magnesium, and glucose drips highly preferred

Obstetrics Leadership, Labor & Delivery Management, Postpartum Care, NICU Coordination, Maternal-Child Health Operations, Staffing & Scheduling Oversight, High-Risk OB Management (Magnesium, Pitocin, Insulin Drips), Unit Budget Visibility, Emergency Drill Coordination, Team Leadership (47 FTE oversight), Level II Maternal/Neonatal Care Operations
