Description
Cardiovascular Technician (Cath Lab)
Facility Location: Lansing, MI
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 07:30–18:00 (10 hours)
Weekend Requirement: Call only
On-Call Requirement: 1 weekday shift per week + 1 weekend shift per month
Clinical Scope of Services
The Cardiovascular / Interventional Laboratory supports the following procedures:
- Cardiac catheterization
- Angiography
- Peripheral angioplasty (with or without stent placement)
- Venography
- Cardiac pacemaker insertion
- Non-vascular interventional procedures
- Patient populations include inpatient and one-day outpatient services
Submission Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of Cath Lab experience (required)
- Cardiac catheterization experience (preferred)
- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience (preferred)
- ARRT accepted; RCIS strongly preferred
Required Certifications:
- ACLS (AHA or equivalent)
- BLS (AHA or equivalent)
- RCIS (preferred over ARRT)
