Description

Shift and Scheduling

Shift: 8-hour days (12-hour options may be available)
Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday
Scheduling: Block scheduling available based on facility need
Orientation: Flexible; as many shifts as needed

Facility and Unit Details

Capacity: 38 beds (Private rooms)
Patient Population: COPD, dementia, Parkinson’s, MS, CHF
Ratios:
- Day/Evening: 1 Nurse and 2–3 CNAs for 20 residents
- NOC: 1 Nurse and 2–3 CNAs for 40 residents
EMR: Point Click Care (PCC)
Medication System: Blister pack cards

Requirements and Skills

Experience: 1 year minimum (previous nursing home experience preferred)
Certifications: BLS (Required)
Clinical Skills: Med pass, wound care, foley care, ostomy care, and CNA/TMA supervision
License: Must have a valid license to submit
Note: No IVs, titratable drips, or strip reading required
