Job Summary
Responsible for overall management and coordination of Health Services including Home Health, Assisted Living, Supportive Living, and Short-Term Rehabilitation Centers. Supports medical care and services aligned with organizational philosophy, mission, values, and goals. Oversees clinical nursing practice and manages evidence-based programs, systems, and services. Develops, implements, maintains, and evaluates policies, programs, and services including nursing workload, budget planning, and workforce management. Engages with residents, families, and visitors while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Leads or participates in committees essential to Health Services operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all Health Services functions across multiple care units
- Support delivery of high-quality medical care and services aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee clinical nursing practices and ensure evidence-based program implementation
- Develop and manage policies, programs, and services related to healthcare delivery
- Lead annual budget planning and workforce planning initiatives
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies for healthcare staff
- Assess care environments and forecast healthcare trends for continuous improvement
- Communicate organizational values and mentor healthcare staff
- Manage resources efficiently to support operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Engage with residents, families, and stakeholders to enhance care experience
- Lead or participate in committees to support Health Services operations
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Minnesota
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience within the last year
