Description

Inpatient Float Pool - ICU---RN as part of the float team at UNC MC to float to all ICU units depending on the needs. This includes Surgical, Neuro, Medicine, Cardiac, Cardiovascular and Burn Center. Patient care is generally 1 to 1 or a max of 1 to 3. Nurses may also float to stepdown units as needed which would involve 1 to 3 ratios.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
-Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC).
