Assignment Type: Travel CT Technologist / Travel Cat Scan Tech

Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Diagnostic Imaging / Trauma Imaging

Start Date: June 22nd, 2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift: 12-hour night shifts

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights — consistent weekend block scheduling with weekday flexibility

Weekly Estimated Travel Rate: $3,008

Local Rate: $80/hour

Equipment: 64-slice GE CT scanners

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CT Technologist experience required
• Recent hospital-based CT imaging experience required
• Experience with angiograms and CT-guided procedures including biopsies required
• Trauma imaging experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
• Current ARRT certification required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Active Massachusetts Radiation Control Program license required
• Strong technical, organizational, and patient care skills required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures in a busy acute care hospital environment
• Operate 64-slice GE CT scanners while ensuring patient safety and image quality
• Assist with advanced CT procedures including angiograms and CT-guided biopsies
• Provide timely imaging support for emergency department and trauma patients
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information within EPIC
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary hospital staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital imaging protocols, radiation safety standards, and department policies
