Exciting Opportunity: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Puyallup, WA

PediaStaff is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students in the Puyallup, WA area for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a supportive school team and make a meaningful impact in students’ lives!

Position Details

  • Location: Puyallup, WA
  • Setting: Elementary School
  • Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person
  • School Year Dates: 9/1/26 – 6/11/27
  • Pay Rate: $55-$58/hour

What You'll Do

As a School-Based SLP, you will:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students
  • Assess students with suspected communication disorders
  • Develop and support IEP goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Provide communication strategies and resources to educational teams
  • Support students with speech, language, and hearing challenges in a variety of school settings

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Washington State SLP License
  • Active Washington ESA Certificate
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
