Description
MUST have recent 1-2 years of LTC/Rehab experience that is within the last 2 years going back from today's date in order to qualify for this position. Below is additional job notes;
- Must have active MN license to apply.
- Backouts & quits with less than 14-days notice incur a $500 fee.
- Agency must have active MN SNSA registration.
- # beds: 43.
- Ratios: varies - 2 story facility.
- EMR: Matrix/Paper Flowsheet.
- IV-C Required for LPNs?: No, no IV care.
- Weekend requirement: Every other.
- Holidays: Every other.
- Shifts (8s or 12s): primarily 8's but willing to do 12s.
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Primarily dementia.
