Drip experience: neo up to 100, precedex and Insulin as IMCU level of care. (Insulin, glucomander, Neo, Precedex) A lines, TR bands)
Stroke experience
Post procedural experience
BLS
ACLS

IMCU is 4:1 depends on acuity, if acuity is not there it might be 5:1
