Description
We are looking for a compassionate and independent Physical Therapist (PT) for a Home Health travel assignment in Saluda, VA! This opportunity is perfect for therapists who enjoy building one-on-one relationships with patients while helping them safely regain mobility and function in their own homes.

Requirements:
• Active VA PT License (or compact eligible)
• BLS required
• Home Health experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently and managing a caseload
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
