Description
Contract Length: 6 month contract
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per week: 40
Shift Length: 8hr days (mostly days, but need to be flexible to help out on other shifts)
Shift start and end times: 8-4:30 pm
Float Requirements: None
On Call/Call back: As needed, rotates call with other lead nurses
Response Time: Discuss with manager
Weekend Rotation Requirements: As needed
Holiday Rotation Requirements: As needed
Call required: Yes
Certifications: AHA BLS
Required Education: MN RN license, AHA BLS
Minimum experience: 2+ years of geriatric nursing experience, with a minimum of two years in a LTC facility (desired)
EMR: Matrix preferred
Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Previous Manager, Lead or DON experience strongly preferred.
Unit Overview: 38 bed that provides short-term and long-term care
Current Patient Ratio: Days 1:20 PM/Nights 1:38
Primary Case/Procedure Type: LTC
Scrub Color Required: casual dress
