Description

Facility Name: Haywood Regional Medical Center

Floor: Radiology
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Radiology Tech
• Specialty: CT and if possible, MRI
• Shift: Saturday and Sunday 7a-730p, and Monday 8:30a-9p.
• Call Requirements: On call a couple of nights a week. Rotated with other techs.
• Required Certifications: CT registered
• Years of Experience: 2
• Float Requirements: MRI if possible.

• Additional Notes: Must be able to perform CT procedures such as biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, and Nerve Root blocks. Or at least be able to perform fluoro on the CT machine.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 154
• Patient Ratios: 20-30 per tech for two techs.
• Equipment: GE
• EHR: Paragon

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult, Geriatric, and some peds

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Must be able to perform CT procedures such as biopsy, drainage, Coronary CTA, and Nerve Root blocks. Or at least be able to perform fluoro on the CT machine.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: MRI
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: All types

• Required Education: ARRT R and CT registered and BLS
