Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel/contract assignment in Rochester, NY.

This is a day shift role (4x10s, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) with on-call requirements. First-time travelers are welcome.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Cath Lab experience and be proficient in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Key skills include cardiac catheterizations (left and right heart), PCI, PTCA, stent placement, cardiac implant closure devices, IABP placement/removal, and rotablator atherectomy. Candidates should also be confident in interpreting dysrhythmias, recognizing life-threatening arrhythmias, and performing both scrub and circulator roles while maintaining sterile technique and proper equipment setup.

Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R); RCIS may be accepted in place of ARRT, depending on team composition.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.
