Expected Volume
- Approximately 10–14 patients per day
- Combination of evaluations, follow-up visits, and daily treatment sessions
- Private practice environment focused on patient outcomes and individualized care

ACCESS Physical Therapy & Wellness is a large outpatient rehabilitation network with more than 70 locations across the Northeast. The Brookfield clinic provides orthopedic, sports medicine, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation services in a collaborative outpatient setting focused on evidence-based treatment and personalized care. The clinic is located at 31 Old Route 7 in Brookfield, CT.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
Connecticut PT License Timeline: Approximately 2–4 weeks for most applicants when all documentation is submitted promptly.
