🏥 Role Overview
As an ER RN, you will provide rapid assessment and treatment for a wide range of acute conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. This role requires strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments & triage
- Provide emergency care for trauma, cardiac, and critical patients
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Assist in emergency procedures and resuscitation efforts
- Monitor patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
🧠 Required Experience & Skills
- Strong Emergency Room RN experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- Experience with critical care and trauma cases
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR (REQUIRED)
- Epic experience (preferred – please indicate if available)
🎓 Required Certifications
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ACLS (AHA) – Required
- PALS – Required
- Active RN License
🧾 Schedule Details
- 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
