Description
Job Description:
Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.
Proof of flu vaccination or facility approved application for medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
Night shift - 13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation -
Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible. No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of shift preference.

Medical Unit
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:
Meditech EMR; pyxis; wound vac; chest tubes;
Required skills and minimum years of experience:
2-10 years’ experience
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: BLS, ACLS
Floating to other units/departments: May float to Laulima Unit; Cardiovascular Unit
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 77
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Medical 1:6 for days and eves, 1:8 for nights
Dress Code: Professional nursing attire
Department specific training and orientation program: Orientation time provided for each unit
