• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every Other Weekend Required
📋 Required Certifications
✔ BLS
✔ ACLS
✔ NRP (Advanced)
✔ STABLE
✔ EFM Certification (must be certification, not just course completion)
📜 License & Experience Requirements
✔ Active IN RN License required at submission
✔ Minimum 2 years RN experience required
✔ EPIC experience required
🩺 Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, patient and family-centered care while promoting quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
The RN works within an evidence-based practice environment and applies the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
👩⚕️ Core Responsibilities
✔ Comprehensive patient assessments & reassessments
✔ Independent clinical decision-making
✔ Development and implementation of individualized care plans
✔ Monitoring and documenting patient responses to treatment
✔ Patient & family education throughout stay and discharge process
✔ Coordination with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✔ Supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff
✔ Delegation and mentorship/precepting responsibilities
