🩺 Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-based, patient and family-centered care while supporting quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and teamwork across the healthcare environment.

The RN applies the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.

✔ Comprehensive patient assessments & reassessments
✔ Independent clinical judgment and decision-making
✔ Development and implementation of patient care plans
✔ Monitoring and documenting responses to interventions
✔ Patient and family education throughout hospitalization and discharge
✔ Coordination with interdisciplinary teams
✔ Delegation and supervision of licensed & non-licensed staff
✔ Mentoring and precepting peers when needed
