💼 Position Overview

• Specialty: ER RN (Emergency Department)
• Shift: Night Shift – 3x12s (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Hours: 36 hours/week
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Location: Clear Lake, CA
• Floating: ER + ICU (as needed)

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate assessment, triage, and stabilization of ER patients
• Manage critical and trauma cases as needed
• Administer emergency medications and IV therapy
• Assist with advanced life support interventions
• Float to ICU and support critical care patients when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient monitoring 

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years ER experience (within last 3 months in specialty required)
• BLS from AHA, ACLS, PALS (Required)
• Strong emergency/critical care clinical skills
• Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments 

⭐ Preferred Certifications

• MICN
• NRP
• TNCC
• CEN

• Experienced ER nurse with strong critical thinking skills
• Comfortable floating to ICU
• Strong in rapid assessment and stabilization
• Team-oriented and adaptable in emergency settings
