Job Title

Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN)

Location

Wheeling, West Virginia

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (6 Weeks) | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 36–48 Guaranteed Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of West Virginia
Current BLS/CPR certification
Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
Candidates should be fully compliant or near compliant with all required credentials prior to applying

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working night shift in a high-census LTC or SNF environment
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in long-term care settings
