SLP: Acute Care Hospital Therapy/Rehabilitation - Prestonsburg, KY

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)is the shift for this role.

The Job Description:

Shift: Day Shift Monday-Friday 8-5 Call requirements: possibility for call while no speech coverage ~ 2 weeks for Stroke Evaluations only since I have been here I have only had to call speech in 1 time for this over a 5 year period my full-time speech therapists will cover otherwise Required experience: 2 plus years Need Pediatric outpatient experience Inpatient swallowing experience and modified barium swallow experience. Certs/ Licensure: Licensed Speech Therapist in Kentucky

DISCLOSURE: Ratios can fluctuate with census call in etc. RTO edits will not be accepted once an offer has been made. Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside 75 miles from facility to be considered. Assignment confirmation needs to be loaded with in 24 hrs of accepting offer. ARH cover sheet and Driver's license is required in all submission packets. DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATE TO MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME. Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
