PT Outpatient – 13 Weeks Contract
Location: 1600 W Walnut St, Jacksonville, IL 62650

Specialty: Therapy/Rehabilitation – PT Outpatient (Pelvic Health Physical Therapist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pelvic floor patients, including both male and female populations, by developing individualized therapy plans focused on pelvic health, postpartum recovery, pain management, and functional mobility.
• Perform physical therapy assessments, therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, pelvic floor training, and patient education to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Maintain treatment documentation, reassessments, discharge planning, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective outpatient rehabilitation care.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience, preferably in pelvic health or women’s health setting.
• Experience with pelvic floor therapy, postpartum care, orthopedic conditions, gait training, pain assessment, therapeutic exercises, and home exercise planning.
• Active Illinois PT license and BLS certification required; Cerner experience preferred
