š„ Role Overview
As a Pediatric RN, you will:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients
- Perform health assessments, planning, and implementation of care
- Deliver health education and counseling to patients & families
- Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation per hospital standardsĀ

- Therapy & treatment administration
- Monitoring and evaluating treatment plans
- Patient/family education
- Documentation and compliance
- Delegation and supervision as neededĀ

ā Requirements
- Active RN License (State of Montana or compact)
- BLS (AHA) required
- PALS required
- Minimum 1+ year RN experience (Peds preferred)
- ASN required (BSN preferred)Ā

- Prior pediatric nursing experience
- Strong communication & patient education skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic hospital environmentĀ

- Floating may be required based on unit needs
