š„ Role Overview
As a Med/Surg RN, you will:
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult population
- Perform comprehensive assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and recovery
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure accurate and timely documentationĀ

- Patient assessment & monitoring
- Medication administration & IV therapy
- Care plan development and evaluation
- Health teaching & discharge planning
- Documentation and compliance
- Delegation and coordination of careĀ

ā Requirements
- Active RN License (MT or compact)
- BLS (AHA) required
- ACLS required
- NIHSS required
- Minimum 1+ year RN experience (Med/Surg preferred)
- ASN required (BSN preferred)Ā

- Strong Med/Surg background
- Experience with high patient volume
- Excellent communication & teamwork skillsĀ

- Night shift ā 12 hours
- Floating may be required based on unit needs
- On-call shifts possibleĀ
