Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pikeville KY
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Requirements
- Kentucky SLP License required
- ASHA Certification preferred
- BLS required after hire
- Strong computer and documentation skills required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders for patients of all ages
- Develop care plans, treatment goals, and patient education programs
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support daily speech therapy operations and maintain patient confidentiality
