Description
- 6-9 days on call required per month
- Cath lab is open 24/7 for cardiac emergencies; M-F call is from 5:15 pm - 7 am, weekend call is 24 hours each day
- 7a-5:15p M-F
- Scrubs provided
- Epic charting
- Free parking
- Local candidates NOT accepted candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site
- The labs perform multiple invasive cardiac and peripheral procedures in the adult population including diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral catheterizations, stent implants, IABP, Impella, EKOS, Rotablator, IVUS, FFR, Penumbra, Pericardiocentesis, Shockwave, and IVC filters. All TEEs and Cardioversions are also performed in the department. We perform TAVRs and MitraClips in conjunction with the hybrid OR. The most frequent medical diagnoses include Coronary Artery Disease, Myocardial Infarction, Unstable Angina, Aortic/Mitral Valve Disease, and Peripheral Vascular Disease.
