DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE SCHEDULING REQUESTS OR BLOCKED SCHEDULES. TRAVELERS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR CLIENT TO SCHEDULE AS-NEEDED, BASED ON CLINIC NEEDS & CENSUS. DO NOT SUBMIT TRAVELERS WITH ANY SCHEDULING REQUESTS. Chronic Dialysis RN (must be charge capable) Facility seeking a previous DCI traveler!!! --MUST BE WILLING TO DO CARE PLANS AND ALL ASPECTS THAT FALL UNDER NORMAL RN DUTIES-- --IF LOCAL - CANNOT REQUEST ACCOMODATION OF OTHER PRN JOBS - MUST BE FULLY AVAILABLE FOR THE CONTRACT-- --All candidates must have all of the following/are willing to do the following: (if not, do not submit as we will need to redirect): Can/will put patients on/take them off machines, will do care plans, can act as charge Call: NO Float: May be asked to float to other clinic in town. Clinic Days: Open 6 days Hrs/Shift: 10 Hrs/Week: 36, may work up to 40 Machines Used: Fresenius K # of Machines: 33 # of patients: 99 Work every other Saturday
