They are looking for a hands-on Director of Nursing who is eager to lead by example rather than remain behind a desk. This role requires someone who is willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed, including assisting on the floor and providing direct patient care when necessary. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to doing what it takes to ensure the success of the team whether that's adjusting schedules, coming in to provide additional support, or stepping up during critical situations.
