Description
CT Technologist – Radiology / Cardiology
Location: Charlotte, NC 28204
Shift: Night, 4x10-Hour (21:00 – 07:00)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join our fast-paced Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-acuity environment, performing routine ED imaging, Code Stroke, and trauma cases using Siemens scanners.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years (more preferred)
- Hospital Background: MUST have experience in a hospital with 500+ beds
- Skills:
- Outpatient imaging
- IV starts
- PACS workflow
- Contrast administration
- Visage system proficiency
- Special Equipment: Siemens Scanner, GE systems
- Scrubs: Royal Blue
Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans in a very fast-paced ED setting
- Support critical cases including Code Stroke and trauma patients
- Ensure accurate imaging and timely reporting
- Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and ED staff
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
