• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours
• Weekend Hours: Rotating every other weekend
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (the candidate required to have these prior to arrival at our facility. PALS is necessary as we do take anything greater than 28 days on our unit!
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Yes

• Additional Notes: Must be willing to work 4 shifts for the first half of their assignment. Must be willing to float to other departments to help when staffing needs.

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 18
• Patient Ratios: 4-6:1
• Equipment: Linett Beds, bladder scanner, interpreter, Masimo
• EHR: MedHost

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: 28 days to end of life

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg Experience, Active RN license
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD, HF, Ortho Surgeries, General Surgeries
• Personality Fit: Go-getter personality, takes initiative and wants to do the right thing

• Scrub Color: Any solid color
• Any unacceptable attire: Scrubs only
