Description
Position: RN – Pediatric Cath Lab
Facility: Mary Bridge Children's Hospital
Location: Tacoma
Start Date: 06/15/2026
Shift: 4x10 Days | 07:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required
- Pediatric Cath Lab experience preferred
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Active WA State RN License or Compact License required
- Required Certifications:
- BLS
- NIHSS
- PALS
Unit & Patient Information
- Pediatric Congenital Diagnostic & Interventional Cases:
- LHC/RHC
- PDA/VSD/ASD closures
- Septostomy
- Congenital structure stenting/ballooning
- Collateral closure
- Pediatric Electrophysiology Cases:
- Pacemaker implants/generator exchanges
- Loop recorder implant/removals
- EP studies with radiofrequency ablations for:
- SVT
- WPW
- Atrial Tachycardia
- PVC
Skills Required
- Circulator experience in pediatric Cath Lab procedures
- Patient monitoring experience
- Sedation monitoring knowledge preferred
- Equipment experience preferred:
- PACS: Picom
- Hemodynamic: Merge
- Siemens Artis C-arm
EMR
- EPIC Cupid preferred
Call Requirements
- 7 call shifts in a 2-week pay period
- Weekday Call: End of shift to 7:00 AM next day
- Weekend Call: Friday EOS to Monday 7:00 AM
- 45-minute response time required
- No sleep room available
Additional Details
- Floating not required
- Holiday coverage is call-only and included in rotation
- Scrubs and lead provided by facility
- Extended sizing available for scrubs only
- 82-bed Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with 1 Cath/EP Lab
