Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Shift Requirements: 8-10 Hour Flexible Day shifts Weekend/Holiday: None Float Requirements: N/A On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours Required Certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and WI PT license NPI # required. If the candidate does not have one, they need to start the process of applying for a NPI # in order to start. Minimum Experience: General PT/Ortho skills; new grads welcome Charting Experience: Epic Preferred Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Ortho outpatient; Pediatric and workman's compensation a plus Business Casual Attire. Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely GSA not applicable during orientation week Contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours Travelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay. Call back minimum is 2 hours. During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy. Failure to adhere to the policy will result in corrective action. The below blurb is what is actually on the declination forms they sign.
