Shift: Night ā 4x12 (7:00 PM ā 7:00 AM)
ā¢ Every other weekend required
ā¢ Floating required to sister units
ā¢ First-time travelers accepted
ā¢ No locals accepted (must live 50 miles away)

ā¢ Mixed Acuity PCU / MS Tele / Medical Surgical Unit
ā¢ Patient Ratio:
ā¢ Days: 1:3ā5
ā¢ Nights: 1:3ā6
ā¢ Patient Population:
ā¢ PCU and MS/Tele patients
ā¢ Surgical pre/post-op
ā¢ ENT, trauma, ortho, and general surgery patients
ā¢ Overflow medical diagnoses
ā¢ Rare pediatric patients (only assigned if experienced)
ā¢ Sister Units: West 2, West 3, Observation Unit
š Requirements:
ā¢ Active New York RN License
ā¢ ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Certifications ( required )
ā¢ Minimum 1 year experience required
ā¢ PCU/IMC experience within the last 3 years required
ā¢ EPIC charting experience required
ā Preferred:
ā¢ PALS and TCAR certifications
ā¢ Strong telemetry and stepdown experience
